I've added an additional EW count to bonds that would allow one more thrust lower to complete wave i down. The difference between the two is where you put wave [III], around the September 19th low or the October 9th low. It looks heavy and preparing to drop under 137^25. Maybe they are waiting to have a look at the econ data later in the week.
