Bonds poked over the recent highs to test 147^02 and then dropped back. Is that good enough for 'b'? It could be but think it might be best to wait at least till after the FOMC minutes Wednesday afternoon to decide. First sign that 'c of (b)' lower may be starting is if bond prices slip under 146^07.
