I have previously talked about the idea of bonds breaking under the moving averages then coming back to test the break. That appears to be taking place now. Normally this would be a good sign for bears but there is one wrinkle to factor in which is the decline so far is not a clean impulse. Bears can fix that by selling down from this test of the break but bulls will be back in control if prices stabilize above 154^15.
