Bonds moved up to test the daily moving averages today before dropping back toward 158^00. Since I think the timing for a bond low is for around the end of the year or early next year, I posit that the form for 'c of (b)' is a developing '[I]-[II]-(I)-(II)' type count with this bounce as (II).
